At year 2012, the best programs are profitablesunrise, felmina and stalliongold in HYIP Industry but this month of March 2013 they are in problem status. Some monitoring sites put as not paying or scam in there list even other members still getting paid. I can't declared as scam programs as long as still have payment proofs from forums. I visited more than twenty (20) HYIP forums and over 100 monitoring sites about the issue of these programs.
