Fidelisfinance turned to problem status

Fidelisfinance turned to problem status. Two days ago, admin posted news update that he/she is happy for reaching 150,000 investments from this program. Yesterday, I got update from admin the API for perfect money is problem and would be fix for one hour but all processors went to pending withdrawals. After that issue, no hope that will be fix again because of my two pending withdrawals for only $0.80 per request. This is an old scam tricks from old  HYIP players that after sending news update, boommm!!! admin gone. Those investors that added more deposits because of changing instant withdrawals are lost. I won 12 days income from this program. This is my income status:
